SHIPPING:

- MC Cabinetco Inc. normally ships items within 1-2 business days from the day that payment is received. A Fedex tracking number or Fedex delivery confirmation number will be emailed to the buyer as soon as the item is shipped. The expected delivery time for packages differs depending on the location. In most cases packages will be delivered within 3-7 days.

- MC Cabinetco Inc. presently offers standard and expedited shipping when you add your items to the shopping cart.

- International Shipments: We ship internationally to certain countries. Add the item to the shopping cart, we will send you a shipping quotation within 24 hours. You are responsible for all fees, including Taxes & Duties - which will be charged upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate the cost. Please contact your local customs office to determine your estimated fees. These shipments will not be marked as gifts and are shipped as merchandise with actual purchase prices. Fortunately, we offer very low pricing on our items to lessen the burden on you.

- Canada: Add the item to the shopping cart.  We will send you a shipping quotation within 24 hours. Please note the customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, customs and import charge that may incur. We ship via Fedex Standard and Fedex International services to Canada.

- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes.

- Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico: please contact us for shipping rates

RETURNS:
Damaged Return
1) You must report damage directly to MC Cabinetco Inc. within 3 days from the day you receive the item.
2) Send a photo/video showing the damage. We need this before we can approve your damage claim.
3) Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for a damage pickup.
4) A new replacement merchandise will be sent to you after the damaged unit has been received and inspected.

Undamaged Return within 07 days:
1) Contact MC Cabinetco Inc. Customer Support within 07 days with your intent and reason for refund.
2) We will arrange for a return shipping pickup.
3) You will be responsible for all shipping costs.
4) The return product or unit should be the same as original condition and re-saleable.

5) Credit will be issued to the same account purchase was made with.

Undamaged Return After 07 days but no later than 14 days
1) Contact MC Cabinetco Inc.  customer support within 07 days with your intent and reason for refund.
2) You will pay a 15% restocking fee if return after 7 days.
3) You will be responsible for all shipping costs.

4) The return product or unit should be the same as original condition and re-saleable.

5) Credit will be issued to the same account purchase was made with.

Return claims WILL NOT be accepted if:
- Merchandise has been installed.
- Merchandise has been custom cut or otherwise altered.
- Damage is reported after 3 days.
- Original packaging or parts are missing. 

Missing Parts
1) You must report missing parts directly to MC Cabinetco Inc. within 7 days from the day you receive the item.
2) Send a photo/video showing which part is missing. We need this before we can approve your missing claim.
3) Once your claim is approved, we will arrange ship you the replacement.
4) New replacement parts will be sent to you at no cost.

EXCHANGES:
1) You must request an exchange directly to MC Cabinetco Inc.  within 07 days.
2) Notify us of your reason for the exchange. Provide a photo if your merchandise is damaged.
3) We will arrange for returned shipping of your order.
4) Once we receive your original order, we will send the replacement one to you.
5) You will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Please Note:
- We will only allow one undamaged exchange per purchase.
- Your replacement merchandise must be of equal or lesser value.
- If the value of your replacement merchandise is higher, you will be responsible for paying the difference in price.
